Give yourself a break. We all make mistakes. We all have good intentions and as the cliche goes "The Road to Hell is Paved with Good Intentions." All you can expect from yourself is to learn from the past and try not to make the same mistakes again. It's not to say we won't make the same mistake again, it's just trying not to.
