Jul. 26, 2004 - 10:33 a.m. His grammar was impeccable, his speech a sort of overpronounced, enunciated english so every t was crossed and every i was dotted, so to speak. He had a professor's voice, one that makes you listen. Obviously an educted man, whether self-educated or institutionally educated, but educated nonetheless. It's rare in a world where most call centre situations are contracted out and the accents of the folks you speak to are nearly indecipherable. Very pleasant and painless operation. Thanks MEC!
