poor boo! Most successful ones I have seen do NOT starve, they snack on raw veggies and fruit all day. You know, the six small meals a day, keeps your sugar in balance and nutrients flowing. Also it's not the food, it's the portions and eating a variety at a meal, not just a lot of one thing. Drink tons of water, and you should start feeling pretty good! hugs!
