This is going to sound so damn useless and cheesy, but: it's just one step at a time. Setting aside 5 or 10 minutes a day to obsess or cry or beat yourself up over things that are not your fault helps. Having it to "look forward to" in a (morbid) sense, helps get through the rest of the day in relatively good spirits.
